Olivia Lovelace is a litigation attorney representing individuals and businesses in civil, commercial, and fiduciary disputes. Her practice includes a focus on trust and estate litigation, including will contests and breach of fiduciary duty claims involving trustees, executors, and other agents. Olivia also handles a broad range of business litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant matters, breaches of contract, and business torts.
