Max E. RubinsonAttorney

Max is a graduate of Emory Law, and formerly worked as an associate at Alston & Bird in Atlanta, where he primarily handled intellectual property litigation matters. Max has represented clients in patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes in federal court, and has experience handling arbitrations and administrative proceedings before the US Patent & Trademark Office and International Trade Commission.

Max also has a passion for pro bono work and has represented clients charged in connection with protest demonstrations, as well as clients pursuing civil rights claims under Section 1983.

Originally from the Atlanta area, Max is a two-time graduate of Emory University. He also holds a master’s degree in biochemistry from UT Austin. In his spare time, Max enjoys tennis, biking, and dining out with his wife Ana and dog Lola.
