William Caleb GrossAttorney

Caleb represents individuals and businesses in employment litigation and counseling, as well as fiduciary and business disputes.  Building on his experience in both federal tax law and legislative affairs, Caleb honed his skills as a litigator representing individuals and businesses in employment and civil rights cases throughout Georgia. Caleb has represented hundreds of clients before administrative bodies, including the EEOC and the Georgia Departments of Labor, as well as in federal and state courts.  Prior to joining Sugarman Law, Caleb practiced with the boutique litigation firm, Radford & Keebaugh, LLC, in Decatur, Ga.  Caleb graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2011, and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, in 2006.
